Is your hoverboard charger port broken? Don't worry, this happens all of the time. The general reason for the hoverboard charger port not working is due to kids inserting the hoverboard charger into the port the wrong direction, then pulling it out and losing a pin.

Hoverboard Charger Port Clip Size
View the images below to see if your hoverboard charger port clip is narrow, or wide. If you choose the incorrect one, it may be harder to install into your motherboard clip socket. We highly recommend opening your hoverboard and checking.
There IS a difference between the hoverboard charger ports for sale, and its very important that you purchase the correct one.
The main difference is in the clip size at the end of the charger port. Your hoverboard either has a narrow clip or a wide clip (and I'm about to tell you the difference).

Three Prong Hoverboard Charger Port
This hoverboard charger port is the standard 3-prong connector that has 4 wires (2 red, 2 black) and it fits virtually all hoverboards up to date (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017+).

Includes the fire-safety protective sheet, metal fastener, and spacer to tighten the hoverboard charging port to the body / mold.
Note: We can only ship batteries & full hoverboards to US addresses in the lower 48. We cannot ship batteries or full boards internationally.
USA Domestic Shipping
All orders will receive confirmation immediately upon purchase. Once the product is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. All our hoverboards are required to be shipped via UPS Ground (to qualify for free shipping) or USPS Ground due to FAA regulations in the US. All other products are either shipped via USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. PO Boxes are not supported for free shipping orders as UPS ground won't deliver to Post Office boxes.
For all orders made within the United States most orders take between 3 and 10 days to arrive. If you haven't received your product by this time, you may call us at 1-888-HOVER-11 (1-888-468-3711) for status.
If you have not received your order by the 21st day, please contact us and we will gladly open an investigation for you.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada. If you live near a border city, we strongly suggest shipping your order to a receiving company in that city. This is a very common practice, especially for Amazon buyers.
If you do not live near a border city, then we will ship you the hoverboard without a battery, and have the battery shipped to you separately. You may then install the hoverboard battery when you receive both packages. Doing this helps us get your hoverboard to you faster.
International Shipping
International shipping is dependent on the location and availability of the product you have ordered. Currently we can only ship our KidSaw hoverboard international. Hoverboards are sometimes very difficult and expensive to handle with the customs of some countries, while other counties are easier.
Almost all international orders are drop-shipped through our main supplier. Due to customs reasons, hoverboards sent internationally will not have StreetSaw branding applied, and will be received in generic packaging with generic paperwork. Again, this makes customs receiving easier for most countries.

All of our products are backed by our world-class warranty. Should there by ANY manufacturer's defects to your hoverboard whatsoever within 90 days of purchase, we will do everything in our power to ensure your device is working correctly.

There may be times when things go wrong, but they're not covered. These are generally incidental problems such as:
- Charger stuck in charging port due to incorrect positioning
- Hoverboard stops working because it got wet
- Hoverboard was dropped or crashed
- Cosmetic abrasions such as scratches, chips, or dents
