This product is for the JT-BC204 25.2v battery by Jetech. You might need this lithium battery for your hoverboard because it isn't charging or staying on. Other common symptoms where you would need to buy a 25.2v battery for a hoverboard include:
- Hoverboard won't charge or won't retain a charge

25.2v JETECH: VERIFY MODEL
We've had a couple of people order our battery, but have it not fit because they have a version that is smaller than the traditional 4AH (4000mAh) we sell. Make sure to check before ordering or feel free to ask us and we'll let you know. The one on the left is the model you are purchasing (JT-BC204 battery) while the one on the right is different.
Lithium-Ion Battery
This hoverboard battery is made using the latest in lithium-ion battery technology. In fact, this is the very same technology that is used by Tesla Motors in its highly advanced electric vehicles. The purpose of a 25.2v lithium-ion battery for hoverboards is to power the electromagnetic motors that hold the rider steady while riding. 25.2v of power is the right amount to power two 250v motors, and should not be used as a replacement for a 36v hoverboard battery (which powers two 350w motors).
25.2v Hoverboard Charger
This battery is compatible with a 25.2v hoverboard charger. If your charger is a 36-42v charger, then this is the incorrect battery and you should use the link above to buy the correct battery.

USA Domestic Shipping
All orders will receive confirmation immediately upon purchase. Once the product is shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. All our hoverboards are required to be shipped via UPS Ground (to qualify for free shipping) or USPS Ground due to FAA regulations in the US. All other products are either shipped via USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. PO Boxes are not supported for free shipping orders as UPS ground won't deliver to Post Office boxes.
For all orders made within the United States most orders take between 3 and 10 days to arrive. If you haven't received your product by this time, you may call us at 1-888-HOVER-11 (1-888-468-3711) for status.
If you have not received your order by the 21st day, please contact us and we will gladly open an investigation for you.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada. If you live near a border city, we strongly suggest shipping your order to a receiving company in that city. This is a very common practice, especially for Amazon buyers.
If you do not live near a border city, then we will ship you the hoverboard without a battery, and have the battery shipped to you separately. You may then install the hoverboard battery when you receive both packages. Doing this helps us get your hoverboard to you faster.
International Shipping
International shipping is dependent on the location and availability of the product you have ordered. Currently we can only ship our KidSaw hoverboard international. Hoverboards are sometimes very difficult and expensive to handle with the customs of some countries, while other counties are easier.
Almost all international orders are drop-shipped through our main supplier. Due to customs reasons, hoverboards sent internationally will not have StreetSaw branding applied, and will be received in generic packaging with generic paperwork. Again, this makes customs receiving easier for most countries.
